1. All participants of the Congress are invited to submit abstracts of scientific study to be considered for poster presentation.
2. Registration for the Congress is COMPULSORY for all presenting authors for all accepted abstracts, no later than 15 November 2008.
3. All abstracts MUST be submitted electronically through the Congress website.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

FORMAT

1. Abstracts should be in English and not exceed 300 words.
2. Please type in Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman font, at size of 12 points, single spaced and left justified.
3. Title: Type in capital letters, bold and not exceeding 70 characters. Leave a line between title and names of authors. Authors: Use surname first, followed by initials in capital letters for the given names. Affiliations should come after the authors’ names. Please underline name of presenting author. The emails of the corresponding authors should be included.
4. The abstract is expected to provide sufficient information and details about the subject. All submitted abstracts will be subjected to peer review and evaluated on the basis of originality, applicability and potential impact on jatropha R&D and commercialization.

Note:

• An acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours upon receipt of the abstract.
• Authors for abstracts accepted for presentation must be responsible for all expenses incurred in the preparation of their posters.
